Job Title: Associate - Document Review
Experience Information: - 1 years' experience in document review, eDiscovery, and incident response - Prior experience with ALSPs, large law firms, or corporate legal departments
Department: eDDR - Document Review
Key Responsibilities: - Review high volumes of complex litigation documents with accuracy and efficiency - Identify and assess the impact of reviewing guidelines on documents - Draft decision logs and perform quality control - Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures - Utilize advanced litigation technology review tools - Work as part of a global team
Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Experience with review tools such as Relativity, Introspect, Xerox, and Ringtail - Familiarity with contract abstraction or management software
Skills for Success: - Strong analytical and interpretational abilities - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Attention to detail - Organizational skills and ability to multitask - Ability to work under tight deadlines
Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in law - Residency in India
