This role involves working with a team of experienced litigators to protect public health, address environmental injustice, defend natural ecosystems, and combat climate change.
The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited U.S. law school, be licensed to practice law, and have 1-5 years of litigation experience, including any clerkships. An appellate clerkship and/or appellate practice experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities for this position include serving as a resource for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***'s litigation teams, tracking developments in federal and state courts, representing **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** in communications with clients and partners, and developing skills to serve as a spokesperson with media. The salary for this position is based on experience and location.
