Job Title: Associate Corporate Counsel, Prime Video Sports, Prime Video Legal
Experience Required: • 3 years of legal experience • Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Job Description: • Provide legal support for various teams within the Prime Video business • Draft, negotiate, and close commercial agreements with sports rightsholders, device manufacturers, vendors, and other business partners • Research, advise, and develop expertise on new product initiatives and regulatory matters • Collaborate with other members of the Prime Video Legal team to deliver results on challenging and ambitious projects • Passion for sports, entertainment, and technology • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to make difficult judgments in ambiguous situations and deliver results independently and collaboratively • Creativity, self-awareness, and a sense of humor • Knowledge of internet, software, and media industries and the legal and regulatory environment in which they operate

Key Responsibilities: • Structuring, drafting, and negotiating licensing, production, marketing, and other commercial agreements • Providing ongoing legal counsel across a range of fields, including intellectual property, digital media, and regulatory compliance • Helping launch new sports properties and reinvent the ways that customers consume sports content • Researching, advising, and developing expertise on new product initiatives and regulatory matters • Collaborating with business colleagues as lead counsel in drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements • Working together with other members of the Prime Video Legal team to deliver results across a range of challenging and ambitious projects
Experience Information: • 3 years of legal experience • Experience in transactional, licensing, or other commercial legal work • Experience in the sports industry preferred • Experience with a top corporate law firm and/or top in-house position preferred
