Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of employment and commercial litigation matters - Conduct legal research and analysis - Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents - Represent clients in court and at depositions, mediations, and arbitrations - Communicate with clients and opposing counsel - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice in New Jersey (admission to practice in New York is a plus) - 5 - 8 years of experience in commercial and/or employment litigation - Exceptional written and oral communication skills - Strong academic credentials
