Job Title: Associate Attorney – Municipal Law Salary Range: Starting at $100,000.00 per year Experience: Zero to five years

This position offers the opportunity to work with a team of experienced attorneys who specialize in providing legal counsel to public sector clients such as cities, counties, townships, school districts, and state agencies.
As an associate attorney, you will have the chance to attend evening council meetings, work closely with local government officials, and draft various legal documents including local ordinances, resolutions, and agreements. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other attorneys and handle a variety of legal issues, such as the Open Meeting law, data practices laws, real estate matters, eminent domain, enforcement of ordinance and zoning regulations, and employment matters.
To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed attorney with zero to five years of legal experience and have a strong interest in public sector law.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications:
