The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, be a member in good standing of the Connecticut Bar, and be eligible for immediate admission to practice before the U.S. District Court.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in general litigation matters - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including depositions, hearings, and trials - Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies - Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions
