# Hiring: Associate Attorney – Family Law
Minella Law Group is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience in a Family Law. The successful candidate must be an active member of the State Bar of California and have a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
## Qualifications
* Active member of the State Bar of California * General knowledge of the California Rules of Court, San Diego Local Rules, court forms and filing procedures * Strong computer and organization skills * Works well independently and with a team * Proficient in MS Office, Essential Forms, MyCase, Dissomaster etc. * Superior writing and communication skills * Ability to independently manage their own family law cases * Ability to think outside the box and attention to detail
## Compensation
Minella Law Group offers a competitive base salary along with performance bonuses and other employment benefits. Salary is DOE.
