Associate Attorney – Employment – Pennsylvania and New Jersey
Weber Gallagher has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney to join the Employment group in our Southeastern Pennsylvania or South Jersey office. Will be responsible for handling a wide range of employment matters as well as some general litigation defense matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The successful applicant must:
Have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Have a minimum of two years of experience, preferably defending employment claims Have experience, preferably defending general liability claims Have experience drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and answering written discovery, attending depositions, and preparing for and participating in arbitrations/trials Have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills. Be an active member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
