Job Description:
The Associate Attorney will support our Business Litigation and Product Liability/Complex Torts Practice Groups. The qualified individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including drafting and responding to discovery, motion practice, case management and organization, taking and defending depositions, development and discovery of experts, trial assistance, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in client contact and hands-on litigation experience.
Responsibilities:
Draft and respond to discovery requests. Prepare and argue motions. Manage and organize cases. Take and defend depositions. Develop and discover expert witnesses. Assist with trials. Participate in business development activities.
