Key Responsibilities:
- Representing clients in a variety of legal matters - Conducting depositions and drafting legal documents - Collaborating with experts and maintaining client relationships - Assisting with cases from start to finish, including trial preparation
Requirements:
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar - At least 1 year of experience in insurance defense - Experience with litigation cases preferred - Desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment - Trial experience is a plus
