Requirements: - 1 years of experience in civil litigation in a law firm environment (newly licensed attorneys with law clerk experience welcome to apply) - Skilled in legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, and client communication - Experience with depositions, motions, and mediations preferred; trial experience a plus - Strong communication and advocacy skills - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active membership in the State Bar of California
