## Qualifications
To be considered for this position candidates should have:
* 3 years of experience in transactional law, including drafting documents to complete transactions, deal negotiation, conducting due diligence, corporate housekeeping, and obtaining regulatory approvals or licenses. * Estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property experience is a plus. * A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with a current license to practice in New York State. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PerfectLaw preferred. * Excellent communication and time management skills. * A strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
