Responsibilities
- Utilize legal principles and experience to provide valuable solutions for clients - Maintain high ethical standards and good judgment - Manage workload and deadlines to meet annual billable hour goal - Write persuasively and adapt work product to audience - Synthesize complex information and present it concisely - Actively participate in the community - Contribute ideas and work as part of a team - Listen effectively to others' ideas and perspectives - Contribute to the firm's strategic efforts - Manage and improve performance and productivity - Thrive in a team environment and work with business professionals - Effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters - Demonstrate prompt and responsible billing and collection practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree - JD degree - Licensed (or eligible to become licensed) to practice law in Indiana - 1-4 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm setting
