Who We're Looking For...
- JD from an ABA approved school - Active bar license in the State of California - 1-8 years of solid litigation experience - Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities - Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred - Outstanding communication skills and professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Develop a compelling case theme to counter plaintiff ploys - Refuse to accept mediocrity and strive for excellence - Handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently - Work as part of a team with all levels of experience - Communicate with clients and cultivate relationships - Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
Requirements
- JD from an ABA approved school - Active bar license in the State of California - 1-8 years of solid litigation experience - Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities - Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred - Proficiency in MS Suite - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Outstanding communication skills and professional demeanor
