Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation - Porter Scott Law Firm
Position Overview: - Seeking ambitious and energetic self-starters with an interest in civil litigation - Must have excellent writing, oral advocacy, and time-management skills - Prior law firm experience preferred, but not required - Must be a member in good standing with the California State Bar or pending bar exam results
Salary and Benefits: - Competitive compensation ranging from $105,000 to $140,000 based on experience - Comprehensive medical benefits - 401k and flex-spending account options - Opportunity to work remotely

Requirements: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation - Strong writing, oral advocacy, and time-management skills - Prior law firm experience preferred - Member in good standing with the California State Bar or pending bar exam results
Responsibilities: - Handle a caseload of civil litigation matters - Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents - Conduct legal research and analysis - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel - Attend court hearings and trials as necessary
Education: - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
