The Roseland, NJ office of Marshall Dennehey, a leading AM Law 200 civil defense law firm, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 5-10 years of litigation experience to join our Workers' Compensation Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team, representing high-profile clients in various industries.
Responsibilities of this position include litigating a variety of workers' compensation claims, such as repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills. While independent case management is not expected initially, the firm offers mentorship and tutelage to develop the necessary skills for future growth.
