The Hunt Valley office of a prominent Maryland law firm is seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Attorney to join our team. Salary Information: - $65,000-$85,000 annually - Commensurate with experience
Job Responsibilities: - Review all conditions precedent to filing legal actions, including loan documents and financials - Draft and review pleadings and correspondence - Represent the firm at court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel - Maintain accurate and updated records in internal systems - Ensure compliance with legal requirements - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong computer skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Independent worker with strong interpersonal skills
Required Education and Training: - Juris Doctor degree - Bar membership in Maryland - Knowledge of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control preferred
