Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will involve a variety of responsibilities, including trial preparation, court appearances, attendance at board meetings, and legal research. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with strong communication and writing skills. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and be licensed in New Jersey and New York, with Pennsylvania licensure being a plus.
As an Associate Attorney at Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. In this role, you will be responsible for trial preparation and court appearances, as well as attending monthly board meetings for community associations. Additionally, you will be drafting and preparing contracts, motions, briefs, judgments, and memoranda, and corresponding with courts, clients, homeowners, landlords, and tenants. You will also have the opportunity to conduct legal research using Westlaw.
