Responsibilities: - Draft and review pleadings and motions - Respond to motions and discovery - Conduct legal research and writing - Communicate effectively with team members and clients - Provide excellent customer service with a client-first mindset - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements: - 1 years of experience in civil litigation preferred - Member of the Florida Bar in good standing - Strong legal research and writing skills - Persuasive oral advocacy skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other legal software
