Vernis & Bowling, a full-service law firm with multiple locations in the Southeast, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for their North Palm Beach office. This position will primarily focus on Directors & Officers with a specialization in Condominium and Homeowners Association Law, Employment Law, and General Litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, with a strong background in litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as trials, hearings, and mediations - Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients - Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts - Participate in client meetings and negotiations - Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients - Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida - At least 5 years of experience, with a strong background in litigation preferred - Knowledge of Directors & Officers, Condominium and Homeowners Association Law, Employment Law, and General Litigation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
