In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff, as well as directly interact with clients and contribute to the growth of the practice. We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in insurance coverage, cyber/data breach, and miscellaneous professional liability cases. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills and thrive in a diverse, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle a caseload of professional liability cases from inception to resolution • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers

Qualifications: • 1-5 years of experience in professional liability law • Strong interest in insurance coverage, cyber/data breach, and miscellaneous professional liability cases • Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills • Steady and consistent work history preferred • JD from an accredited law school and active state bar admission required
