Manier & Herod, a well-respected law firm in Nashville, is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join their Fidelity and Commercial practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 1 to 5 years of experience in commercial matters and litigation to gain valuable experience in both federal and state courts. The firm is looking for a top-performing candidate who can assist a partner with a variety of cases involving fraudulent check, social engineering, wire transfer fraud, and other issues related to the liabilities of companies and banks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Articles 3, 4, and 4A of the UCC and other applicable laws.
Practice Group: - Surety & Fidelity
Qualifications: - Top 75 law school preferred - Top third of law school class - Tennessee License or ability to gain admission by reciprocity preferred - Possible remote work option for the perfect candidate
