The ideal candidate will have 3 – 5 years of experience with all aspects of estate planning and trust administration and be licensed attorney by the State Bar in Illinois.
H2: Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Meet with prospective clients for first consultations and gather all necessary information to make planning recommendations • Review the current plan with existing clients and review possible changes or upgrades to the current estate plan • Review and draft legal documents on behalf of clients such as estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents • Keep detailed client notes of all meetings and phone calls in the current client platform • All other projects as assigned

• 3 – 5 years of experience with all aspects of estate planning and trust administration • Licensed attorney by State Bar in Illinois • State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills & Probate preferred • Knowledge of income, gift, and estate tax laws desired • Notary Public • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines • Must have experience working with high net worth clients • Proficient in MS Word • Preferred WealthCounsel experience
