The QPWB Workers' Compensation Practice Group is a team of seasoned attorneys who provide comprehensive legal representation for a diverse range of clients, including employers, carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insureds. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to review and prepare summaries of medical records, draft motions, attend hearings, prepare clients for depositions, and attend depositions as needed. You will also have the chance to participate in initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity. To excel in this role, you must be admitted to practice in the State of Indiana (Dual Licensure in Illinois is a plus) and possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively. You must also demonstrate excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills.
