Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance and recommendations to clients - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Represent clients in court and at depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings - Collaborate with senior attorneys and assist with case management and strategy - Maintain relationships with clients and provide regular updates on case progress - Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations to ensure the best representation for clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar and good standing - 1-3 years of experience as an attorney, preferably with federal judicial clerkship experience - Strong academic background with excellent research and writing skills - Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
