The Law Firm of Barry E. Janay, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and growing team. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and make a positive impact on our clients' lives. Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients - Develop agreements and negotiate contracts - Set claims and advocate for clients in court - Maintain and build client relationships - Communicate and provide updates to clients on their case(s) - Prepare filings, pleadings, and case summaries - Conduct legal research
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an Accredited Law School - Admitted to both the New York and New Jersey bars (or awaiting results) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong legal knowledge
