The law firm of Marshall Dennehey is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing Medicare Compliance group within our Workers' Compensation Department. This is a full-time position located in King of Prussia, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting with employers, adjusters, and attorneys on Medicare issues related to workers' compensation cases and defense litigation - Educating clients on proper handling of Medicare set-asides - Providing guidance to attorneys on best practices and strategies for achieving desired case resolution results, including the use of structured settlements - Performing conditional payment searches and preparing Medicare submissions for set-aside approval - Drafting Medicare language for settlement documents
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in workers' compensation and Medicare compliance - Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
