Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Law Firm
Overview: - Seeking candidates with experience in the personal injury field - Fast-paced environment at our Joliet office location - Opportunity for job growth for the right candidate
Responsibilities: - Reviewing intakes and overseeing pre-litigation client outreach - Managing the pipeline of pre-litigation cases in our law firm - Ensuring regular contact with clients and handling pre-litigation settlements and negotiations - Referring cases we cannot take to other law firms
Requirements: - Hard driving and able to fully commit to managing client intakes - Litigation experience is a plus
Working Hours: - Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m. at our Joliet office location - This role may require additional hours beyond the traditional 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Salary: - Starting salary will be based on level of experience - Range is $50,000 - $80,000 per year
