Description Associate Attorney AlerStallings of Ohio is looking to hire a full-time Associate Attorney to join our legal team in our Independence and Westlake Offices supporting our Northeast Ohio Region. This position pays $70,000 - $100,000/yr, depending on experience and performance, and is eligible for Regional Variable Compensation incentive programs based on your regions success. We are also closed for one week at Christmas and one week over the 4th of July for which employees are paid on top of their individual PTO! A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY As an Associate Attorney, you are motivated to design and build solutions for our retired and elderly client's that meet their goals and address their concerns. Many times it is addressing things like probate, taxes and long-term care. You are responsible for managing the case and your team members, and providing that ongoing support. You are the backbone of our firm as you provide exceptional estate planning and elder care legal services to our clients and thus ensure our continued success. You play a pivotal role by helping to bring in new clients. Your days are also spent meeting networking, community involvement and participating at our educational workshops.
