Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. - Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, conduct depositions, and represent clients in court hearings. - Collaborate with assigned legal assistance to develop case strategies and prepare for trial. - Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda. - Maintain regular communication with clients and engage in settlement negotiations. - Ensure all court submissions comply with procedural rules.
Qualifications and Skills:
