Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Grand Rapids office. This position requires 3 years of personal injury defense litigation experience.
The successful candidate will be able to independently handle 1st and 3rd party auto litigation and be able to develop case strategy and advise clients accordingly. They must also have the ability to prepare motions, briefs, case evaluation summaries and facilitation summaries. In addition, the candidate must have experience with written discovery and taking and defending depositions. Working in both State and Federal Courts is also required.

Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan Prior experience with tracking billable hours is preferred but not required Prior Trial experience is preferred but not required
