Responsibilities:
- Develop a compelling case theme that goes beyond any plaintiff tactics for sympathy or anger - Refuse to accept mediocrity and strive for excellence in all aspects of the job - Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials - Collaborate with all levels of experience within the firm - Communicate regularly with clients - Cultivate relationships with current and potential clients - Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced attorneys
Requirements:
- JD from an ABA approved school - Active bar license in the State of California - 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, with a focus on litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation - Ability to manage a full case load, including discovery and trial responsibilities - Experience in insurance defense preferred - Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Professional appearance and demeanor

Pay Range: $100,000 - $160,000 USD per year
