**Responsibilities:** - Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of legal matters - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents - Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings - Research and analyze legal issues and laws - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other legal professionals - Assist with the preparation of legal documents - Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations
**Qualifications:** - JD degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the Bar in OR or WA or bar exam results pending - 3 years of legal experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
