Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 years of personal injury defense litigation experience for the Firm’s Detroit office.
This position requires a qualified candidate to have experience in the following:
• Independently handling 1st and 3rd party auto litigation; • Developing case strategy and advising Firm clients accordingly; • Preparing Motions, Briefs, Case Evaluation Summaries, and Facilitation Summaries; • Conducting discovery, including written discovery and taking and defending depositions; • Working in both State and Federal Courts;
Experience with tracking billable hours is preferred but not required, and prior Trial experience is also preferred but not required. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan. This is a full-time/hybrid role with a competitive salary and bonus structure.
