# Associate Attorney at Law Firm Law Firm is seeking an ambitious Associate Attorney to join our family law practice. Our main office is located in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina with additional offices in Rock Hill, South Carolina; Monroe, North Carolina; and in Cornelius, North Carolina.
## Qualifications * Must be able to sit for the July 2022 Bar exam or licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar. * Being licensed in South Carolina is a plus! * Must be able to think outside the box, be organized, energetic, self-motivated, driven, and passionate about family law * Must be an excellent team player
## Responsibilities * Represent clients in family law proceedings * Draft and review legal documents * Prepare and argue motions * Negotiate settlements * Provide legal advice and support to clients
