Licensed to practice law Fluent in both English and Spanish Excellent Writer Must be a team player Passionate about immigration defense
Responsibilities:
Regularly represent clients before EOIR, BIA and USCIS Draft legal briefs, memorandums and motions Consult and provide legal advice to clients Draft client affidavits Research legal issues Assist clients in collecting and organizing evidence Represent clients out of state and in detention facilities throughout the U.S.
