Job Title: Associate Attorney - Toxic Tort and Products Liability Litigation Location: Chicago, IL Salary Range: $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 Annually Experience: 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research, analysis, and interpretation of legal sources such as statutes, regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions. Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution. Monitor case files to ensure compliance with deadlines and investigate facts and legal matters to determine causes of action. Assist with document review and analysis. Conduct depositions and attend court hearings in various counties and courthouses.
Requirements:
Good standing with the Illinois bar; dual licensure in Missouri is preferred. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills. Deposition experience, with a preference for experience in Toxic Tort cases.
