**Requirements**
The ideal candidate should have 2-8 years’ experience in representing local governments or homeowners’ associations. Real estate experience is also a plus. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented and self-motivated, comfortable with frequent client interactions, and work well in a team. They should also be respectful of support staff and aspire to become an expert in our field.

**Salary Range**
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $170,000 depending on experience. Candidates must reside in Colorado.
