Associate Attorney - Carson City, NV:
- Full-time position in Carson City, NV - Seeking dedicated Associate Attorney to join rapidly growing office - Specializing in Workers' Compensation Insurance Defense, OSHA Employer Representation, Subrogation, Subsequent Injury, and Industrial Insurance Litigation - Representing diverse range of clients, including employers, insurers, and third-party administrators - Mentorship and collaboration with experienced partners - Dynamic and challenging environment - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court and before government agencies, both in person and remotely - Draft legal documents and correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and courts - Conduct legal research - Meet or exceed monthly billing requirement - Careful planning and strategizing for clients - Attention to detail on all cases - Daily use of electronic case management system - Cultivate strong relationships with clients - Understanding and knowledge of Nevada statutes and regulations - Organized, multitasker, deadline-oriented, team player - Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Member in good standing of State Bar of Nevada - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail - Adaptability, flexibility, and dependability - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Excellent time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Highly motivated and interested in employment-related and administrative law
Compensation:
