Law Firm Seeking Associate Attorney - Minimum 2 Years Experience

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues and draft memorandums and briefs - Analyze and summarize complicated legal documents, including contracts, and suggest alterations - Perform discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies of information in preparation for litigation - Conduct due diligence in legal matters related to contracts, agreements, and mergers and acquisitions
Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Outlook - Familiarity with legal research software such as Lexis, WestLaw, and Casemaker - Ability to compose business and legal correspondence - Strong work ethic and highly organized - Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately - Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong time management and problem-solving skills - Desire to produce high-quality work and willingness to work hard
