Responsibilities
- Medical records analysis - Drafting various reports and documents - Responding to discovery - Attending court appearances - Taking and defending depositions - Drafting motions for summary judgment
Experience Requirements
- Admitted to practice in the State of Idaho - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent research abilities - Strong written and oral communication skills - Experience with drafting and responding to discovery-related motions - Regular attendance of court appearances - Experience with taking and defending depositions - Drafting motions for summary judgment
