As an Associate Attorney in our litigation practice group at Kirton McConkie in Boise, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of challenging and interesting cases. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and judges - Attend hearings, trials, and other court proceedings - Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and management - Provide excellent client service and maintain high ethical standards
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts preferred - Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Active membership in the Idaho Bar or willingness to take the Idaho State Bar exam - Excellent writing and communication skills - Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision - Strong commitment to ethics and professionalism
