Key Responsibilities:
- Review all conditions precedent to filing legal actions, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters - Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal actions - Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel - Maintain accurate and updated internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong computer and general office skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Meticulous attention to detail - Ability to work independently - Dedication to providing superior customer service - Desire to continuously learn and improve
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree - Active Bar membership in any U.S. state - Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control preferred - Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
