As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of practice areas and demonstrate your ability to meet performance expectations. This includes reviewing loan documents, drafting pleadings and correspondence, attending court hearings, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. We are looking for someone who can work independently, has strong interpersonal skills, and pays meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review all conditions precedent to filing legal actions, including loan documents and financials - Draft and review legal pleadings and correspondence - Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel - Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Intermediate to advanced computer and office skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently - Dedication to providing superior customer service - Aptitude and desire to continuously learn and improve
Education and Experience:
- Juris Doctor degree - Active bar membership in any U.S. state - Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control preferred - Bankruptcy experience is a plus, but not required
