As an Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in the firm's legal practice, working directly with clients and providing support to our partner. This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 20-30 working hours per week.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school - Prior experience in healthcare, biotech, regulatory, tax, or transactional law - Active bar license
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Superior legal research, writing, and communication skills - Desire to grow with the firm and work both independently and collaboratively - Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and handle a significant workload - Fluency in Korean and English (preferred)
Compensation Package:
- Hourly rate based on experience ($30.00-$60.00) - Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities - Expense reimbursement for approved client development activities - 401k with employer match - Health insurance
