Role Requirements:
One (1) to four (4) years of experience handling Medicare issues in workers’ compensation cases. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Familiarity with Medicare Secondary Payer Act. Experience with conditional payment searches and submissions for set aside approval. Knowledge of structured settlements. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
