Segal McCambridge, a national law firm with offices across the country, is seeking an Associate Attorney for its toxic tort / product liability practice group in St. Louis. This is a great opportunity for attorneys with at least 2 years of civil litigation experience to further develop their skills and take on a significant role in the management of cases. The position can be fully remote, hybrid, or in-office within a reasonable distance from St. Louis.
The ideal candidate will have an active license to practice law in Missouri and dual licensure in additional states is desirable. Prior asbestos experience is also preferred. This role requires excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple deadlines and manage a case load independently. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are a must, as well as a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects and assignments. Experience with mediations and arbitrations is a plus.
