Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review real estate contracts, leases, easements, and other agreements - Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title searches - Prepare entity and closing documents - Issue title commitments on behalf of nationally recognized title insurance companies - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on property transactions - Negotiate terms and conditions for real estate transactions - Ensure compliance with legal requirements - Facilitate the closing of real estate transactions - Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends - Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and real estate professionals to achieve objectives
Required Skills and Experience:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with an outstanding academic record - Admission to The Florida Bar in good standing - Minimum of 2 years experience practicing commercial real estate law - Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, contracts, and property law - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Proven track record of providing high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients
