Law Firm Seeking Associate Attorney in Tyler, TX
Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott LLP, a well-established law firm with over 50 years of experience providing collection services and legal representation to government entities, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney for their Tyler office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the firm.

- Established in 1970, with 14 primary offices in Texas and satellite locations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Florida - Clients include school districts, cities, counties, hospital districts, appraisal districts, and other governmental entities - Firm specializes in collection of ad valorem taxes and other governmental receivables
Responsibilities of the Associate Attorney:
- Preparation and review of legal suits, motion practice, discovery, and management of a large caseload - Representing clients in tax court, District Courts, and courts in surrounding Counties - Client development and interaction - Strong work ethic and great organizational, interpersonal, and social skills - Local daytime travel required, occasional evening events and overnight travel to other parts of the state may be required
Preferred Experience:
- 0-5 years of litigation experience - Familiarity or interest in collection of ad valorem taxes and other governmental receivables, open meetings, public information act, and other laws applicable to local government entities
