Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our litigation group leader and gain experience in a variety of areas, including real estate, commercial, and business litigation. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent writing and research skills, who is admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the firm's litigation group leader on a wide range of cases - Conduct legal research and writing, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs - Attend court hearings and trials, as needed - Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes - Participate in firm activities and events, including networking and business development opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate, commercial, or business litigation - Admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania - Strong writing and research skills - Motivated and driven to excel in a challenging and fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
